As a coach, he aims to support players by focusing on essential game skills and techniques, and developing both individual and team capabilities through engaging drills. He prioritizes maintaining a fun atmosphere year-round while building skills on and off the ice. Adam empowers players to trust the process and build essential skills and friendships with teammates.×
